- Classification, such as misdemeanor or felony
Where this data comes from
County and state court indexes, corrections records, and arrest and warrant data, aggregated by our licensed data provider and refreshed daily.
What it will not tell you
Criminal record coverage is the most uneven of any category. Some counties do not publish digitally at all, some publish with a lag of months, and several states restrict commercial redistribution of criminal data entirely — where that applies we do not search the category and do not charge for it. An index entry is not a conviction, and a disposition field can be blank or out of date. Confirm anything that matters with the originating court before acting on it.

Records are compiled from third-party public data sources and are provided as they are supplied to us. We do not verify, correct, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current status of any record. Data may be incomplete, outdated, or associated with a different person of the same or similar name. Do not act on a record without independently confirming it with the originating source.
