Your information
Remove my information
Anyone may request removal of their information from our search results at no cost. Removal is always free — we never charge to remove a record, and we never charge to keep one suppressed. Requests are processed within the window required by applicable law, and suppression applies to both preview searches and full reports.
What happens next
- 1. We record your request and reply to the email address you give us.
- 2. Once confirmed, the name is added to our suppression list.
- 3. Suppression applies to both preview searches and full reports, immediately and permanently. It is enforced before any search reaches our data sources, not filtered afterwards.
What we do not ask for
We do not ask for identity documents, proof of address, or a reason. Requiring you to hand over more personal information in order to have less of it published would be self-defeating. If we need to confirm anything, we will do it by replying to your email.
Removal is free, always
We never charge to remove a record and never charge to keep one suppressed. If you would rather not use this form, email support@nationalpublicrecords.us or call (862) 341-4952.
